Q. How quickly is my product shipped?

Please allow 1 – 3 business days for your order to be processed, packaged and shipped.

Q. Do you ship to the United States?

With a US base in Florida, we can ship to anywhere in the continental USA. Please inquire for details on US orders.

Q. What is your return policy?

Our return policy is simple. No cash refunds, however we are pleased to accept the return of product for credit towards another purchase, within 14 days of receipt of product.

Equipment being returned must be in the condition it was received, i.e. original packaging and labels, sellable and unused. Please email us requesting a return on an item, the reason for the return and to receive specific return instructions from us.

Note: The refund amount is less the original shipping and handling fee.  For return to Premium Pickleball, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns.
